What is a plugin?

Any PHP application that extends SiteSupra basic functionality is plugin. SiteSupra architecture allows Blocks, Modules and Console Application plugin types. Blocks usually are page-related front-end plugins (menus, searches, logins, etc.); modules usually are site-wide back-office plugins (user management, stats analysis, etc.); console applications are usually some service or middleware plugins (news grabbing). Applications written for SiteSupra may consist of one or several blocks, modules and console applications that work together.

What is required to buy or download plugin?

You should have an activated SiteSupra License (registered domain name) in order to buy or download free plugins. If you don't have any activated SiteSupra Licenses you won't be able to buy or download plugins.

Are the plugins registered on the SiteSupra?

Yes, the plugins are registered on SiteSupra system and you can view the list of registered plugins at Help/About Plugins menu. Each time you acquire a plugin you get an updated SiteSupra License Key that contains information about your plugins.

How can I pay for a plugin?

Plugin Exchange doesn't accept credit cards and in order to pay for commercial plugins you should have a valid Moneybookers account. Moneybookers is convenient and secure online payment system, which you can upload to and withdraw from money using your regular bank account or a credit/debit card. Setting up an account doesn't take long, if you don't have the account you can easily create one here.

Do you accept chargebacks?

We accept chargebacks within 30 days from the moment of purchase. The plugin license key will be revoked after the chargeback and you won't be able to use it.

Can I write and sell my own plugins?

Definitely! Any PHP developer can easily contribute to SiteSupra Plugin Excahnge. Take a look at Selling your plugins page.

Do you provide support for the plugins?

We provide support for SiteSupra-native factory (original code) plugins. Other plugins are supported by their respective authors.
