History of SiteSupra

The SiteSupra project was initiated in one of Vide Infra's development units. The product's prototype was a series of visual content administration tools implemented for different clients by a code name Site Manager during year 2000. After realizing the outstanding benefits of unique block-and-module architecture and visual environment implemented in those projects it was decided to package them and try a pilot marketing campaign.   

The campaign lead by Anton Sulsky was a success, the product was given a name SiteSupra and separate operations lead by Eugene Kharkov were established by the end of 2001. The key ingredient of SiteSupra marketing strategy was targeting developers rather than end-users and establishing a solid partner network of companies that would build their projects and business on SiteSupra. The strategy proved to be the right choice, and by release of version 1.4 there was a sufficient partner network in Baltic region and Western Europe.  

Designed keeping all subtle web development cycle moments in mind, the SiteSupra became one of the most comprehensive content management and development platforms on the market, satisfying both hard-core developers and regular business users. By release of version 2.0 in 2002 SiteSupra generated an extensive partner network world-wide and gained recognition by a number of global-leaders including British Airways.
