General Requirements

Your commercial plugin should be valid, tested and well-documented SiteSupra application. The more effective and easy to use is your plugin, the better is documentation and more compelling description, the more is a chance your plugin will be bought.

You have to have a valid MoneyBookers account to receive payments. The MoneyBookers account should be assigned to the email address you use on SSDN, since the money with MoneyBookers is sent to the email address.  

Plugin activation

Similar to SiteSupra, plugins are licensed to and activated on a single domain name. Plugins can't be bought in amount. If the customer doesn't have any activated SiteSupra licenses he won't be able to buy or download the plugin. The plugin information is incorporated into the SiteSupra License Key and you can view registered plugins on your system in the Help/About Plugins menu.

Plugin license policy

We provide a set of standard license agreements that you can choose from. Shall you require to add or change them you may create your custom license. Your custom licenses are shown in My Licenses page. You can adhere each license with numerous License Rules in order to restrict your plugin's use to some conditions, such as time, SiteSupra version, other plugins etc. That helps you to use minimum license agreements and create a different pricing or other conditions for different plugin uses.

Encoded or open

You can sell your plugins open or encoded, depending on how customizable the source code should be. You can encode only key-related information to secure the copy protection. If you require to encode your plugin and don't have Zend Encoder, submit a HelpDesk ticket and we will try to help you.

Plugin Pricing

You can set any price for your product, but remember that it should reasonable in customer's eye. We suggest going for lower price and higher amount of sales.

Support

You will have to provide support for your commercial products in reasonable time. Along the additional revenue it might bring to you it will imply additional responsibility and time expenditures. If you don't provide the support or its level is insufficient you will receive negative rating on Product Exchange and your future sales are doomed.

Fees and payments

We charge 10% of your sales, but not less than 1.5 EUR per sale. MoneyBookers transaction fees (around 0.30 EUR per transaction) are also deducted from your balance. The money accumulates on your account and is paid once per month to your account on MoneyBookers. If you don't have MoneyBooker account you can set up one here.

Chargebacks

We accept chargebacks within 30 days from the moment of purchase. The plugin license key will be revoked after the chargeback and the customer won't be able to use it.
